eBilling

Hi, I am unable to switch to paperless eBilling. There is no option available to enable it in my account settings. I also tried calling 150 but could not get through to a person to speak to.

Please can somebody help with this? Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, apologies you are having issues with switching to E-Billing, so that we can assist you please join me in a private conversation, look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

  • Hello again, It appears that paperless ebilling has *still* not been setup for my account, after being told that it had, having just received another paper bill in the post. Please can you enable paperless e-billing for my account?

    I would also like to request the £1.75 to be refunded for my next bill as I have been charged on this bill (again!) for paper billing.

    Why is something so simple so difficult to get done?
