Hello again, It appears that paperless ebilling has *still* not been setup for my account, after being told that it had, having just received another paper bill in the post. Please can you enable paperless e-billing for my account?
I would also like to request the £1.75 to be refunded for my next bill as I have been charged on this bill (again!) for paper billing.
Why is something so simple so difficult to get done?
