E-billing set up
Hello
Are you able to assist with setting up e-billing for my mum ? I have recently cancelled my vm services now and my mum has taken up a contract with vm from the 14th March 2024.
I have tried to set up a My Virgin Media & TV on the go using her account number but it just keeps recognising my details.
Please advise how to proceed. I can provide account details etc.
