E-Billing. Please help

I have tried following instructions online as to how to switch to e-billing. It should be simple but it looks like Virgin are purposefully making it extremely difficult so they can squeeze the extra £1.75 out of you each month. I've called the Helpline and spoke to a human who said they manually turned e-billing off but I still got billed for it this month. I Submitted a complaint but from what it looks like from the other many posts about this on the forums - this won't work.

Can someone help me without giving redundant instructions.
