e-Bill and paper bills both being received
Our Virgin Media account was in my husband's name but last year we arranged to transfer the account into my name because he has an 'end of life' illness. The transfer was totally messed up by Virgin and took quite a while to get all the problems sorted out. I'm glad to say everything is now OK. with one exception ...........
We've always had e-billing only but for some months now we have been receiving e-billing emails AND a paper bill (we are NOT being charged for the paper bill). I have tried switching e-billing off and again but the paper bills keep coming !
We want e-billing ONLY ! Can someone at VM do whatever is necessary to stop our paper bills.
