Hello, I'd like to delete two accounts of mine. I signed up to activate a sim, but the account creation process is so convoluted that I've decided to not use any of virginmedia02's services. Could you please help me with this. I created one ID, and then by accident created another one.

Just to clarify for us please, are you wanting to just delete the online My Virgin Media account with?
Or do you want to cancel your services with us?

I dont have any services with virgin media or 02. I only signed up to make a virginmediao2 ID so I could then attach an o2 account to it, but I don't wish to use o2 anymore and have decided to signup to another service.
So I only want to delete/erase my VirginmediaO2 ID (I created two, one is under another email). After that I'd like to delete my virginmedia community forum account as well.

You can do this yourself. Once you have logged on to the Community, go to - My Settings - Security & Account - Close Account.
