Is it possible for someone to get back to me re contract renewal?
I was looking at options and think I have already renewed, with existing levels of service, by inadvertently clicking on a button. I was trying to check that renewal wasn't going to be used as an excuse to replace my 360 with a Stream.
I've got 14 days to cancel, but if I ask India, I'm not sure I could trust their answer.....
Alternatively, if there is a department I can trust the answer...

If its the link in your VM account, saying 'renew and you'll lose nothing', then think you have cause for complaint if you lose the recording capability. That is a major change, and surely even VM wouldn't be that underhand? ( i.e you are right to seek confirmation).
