Contract Renewal Not Showing

Hi, I renewed through My Account on 7th October with the same package but increased broadband speed. I received two confirmation emails but my account still doesn't show any renewal and my broadband is the same. Can someone help me please?

    Yeah same happening with me, waiting for an increase in broadband speed as well.

    Hi Molly, I'm having exactly the same problem. I renewed on 7th October with faster broadband, had 2 confirmation emails but my account still shows nothing and my broadband speed hasn't increased. Can you help please?

      Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your contract renewal at the moment. 

      It can take up to 14 days for any online package renewals to be completed and reflect on your account.

        So this is definitely going through then? Because the page is littered with people who have had the same problem.
