Contract renewal issue
Hi, I recently called about renewal of my contract. I wasn't happy with the price so I decided to downgrade. Which I thought was going to happen the following day. I then then called again as I noticed for some strange reason. The person decided to put 6 March 24 in for the downgrade (not sure why I had to wait a month) Anyway upon calling to question this. I negotiated an new contract which was agreed and set up. So I'm happy with thst. The problem is when I check my account on my curbing media. It says I have 2 contracts. One of which is to start on the 6 march 24.
Can someone check this out. I have the conversation and I noticed that the first person sent me wrong info as I presumed he was talking to more that one person and clearly got mixed up with who he was speaking to. Any help would be appreciated
