We're sorry to hear there has been some confusion. When downgrading a service, there is a 30 day notice period so this would be why there was a delay and things were set up to take place from 6th March.
We can absolutely take a look at things this end to clear up any confusion though but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
