No one answers the phone!
Need to discuss options to reduce costs. Who can I Talk to please.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

  • I am in a private discussion with Lee_R on the forum.  I had a solution and a revised contract offer but comms have stopped and he's not replying anymore!
