Contract coming to an end

I have intelligible phone calls, text messages with broken links and emails with broken links. I have been told by text and email that I have a discounted offer for my new contract. Each time I click the link I'm taken to a https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/change-my-package/my-current-package/customer-exclusion page. I resent being sent messages with broken links and I want to see what the new contract offer is. It isn't confidence inspiring that Virgin Media can't manage their own website. How can I see these offers or do they simply not exist?

  • Hi MBC123 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, apologies for the issues that you are having with broken links. These are typical of any offers that you may have that we may wish to notify you of, if you are in receipt of any specialist discounts or offers this can cause an error and may need human assistance in order to apply any offers that you may have agreed to or be presented with if valid.

So that we can take a further look into this we would need to bring you in for a private message, please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

    Thanks.

  • I posted about getting emails and texts from Virgin Media with broken links on the website. Yesterday I engaged with the chat on the website and was offered a contract price. Today I had a phone call from Virgin Media which offered me a better price with increased broadband speed in recognition of the fact I was a long standing customer. I said I wanted this new offer and not the one I was given yesterday. The line went dead before the offer was confirmed. The website chat staff can't see this belter offer. This is the offer I want. I feel doubly frustrated now. I feel I've been accused of lying which is ridiculous
