We're sorry to hear you're leaving Virgin Media. Changing the cancelling date will depend on how you set the cancellation up. If this has been done through One Touch Switch (OTS) then we will be unable to amend this. Instead you should speak to your new provider.
If you've given notice to leave instead, then we may be able to amend the date. So we can check this for you, I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
