Change cancellation date?

Hi,

I am leaving Virgin and have a termination date. I would like to extend this cancellation date.

Is this possible ?

    Thanks for coming back to us on this one. This is certainly something we can help with in that case, but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

    Have you arranged your cancellation via One Touch Switch with another operator or have you given notice to ourselves?

    If you have arranged the cancellation via One Touch Switch, your new operator would arrange the new date for you not Virgin Media. If you've given ourselves 30 days notice, we'll be able to extend your cancellation date from here. Please can you advise further?
