There same problem here. I moved house on Sunday, with advance notice to Virgin. Cables where delivered late so I couldn't plug in yesterday. I was told max wait was 24 hours.
I am now hotspotting on my own data - No Virgin, No TV, No Landline - unable to hold teams meetings and I've been told it will drop in eventually.
I have tried to login and the account is still set up to my old address. This is very exasperating.
