Have you setup the new mandatory VMO2ID account yet? If you have, can you connect to My VM and access your mailbox via Webmail?

Part of the difficulty is trying to set up the VMO2 ID....

The process has been followed up to verify and at that point verification is not recognised.

I have phoned Virgin Media on several occasions and spoken to four different assistants. No solution was found...I was given the same process to follow over and over and have had two Recovery Codes on separate occasions neither of which verified.Emails were sent to me by assistants to mailto:[REMOVED]gmail.com but none arrived on my mobile which usually works.

My VirginMedia Mail Inbox won't open to let me access my emails on my desk top PC. This has only happened since VM02 ID came into being. Error message 400 appeared (just once) during numerous attempts .An email mailto:[REMOVED]ntlworld.com also appeared once but my only two mail addresses are mailto:[REMOVED]ntlworld.com or [REMOVED]gmail.com
