Since yesterday I have unable to access my virgin media account. When I click on my virgin media it takes me to 02/VM registration page to verify it is me. I have done this several times receive email to my Gmail account to click link but it doesn't work. I am still not able to log in. I believe some people are now able to log in normally but others still having issue?
I set mine up yesterday, but chose the text code for verification. That worked okay.
Mine is still saying “Oops something wrong on our side” Try again

Our fixed and mobile networks are operating as usual today, however we’re aware that a small number of customers are experiencing issues accessing some apps. Our technical teams are working to restore services as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Yes it all seems pretty shambolic. Something has happened at virgin but no admission of any fault seen.
After many trys with the verification process (using a second pc to pick up the verification message via gmail) things have returned to relative normality.
This makes one think that it may be better to quit virgin and use gmail alone.
