Still Can’t sign in to myvirginmedia
I've signed up using VMO2 specified email and when i try to link to my virgin media it says i dont have a VM account after entering my Surname, VM account number and area reference.
Well i've left it longer than 5 working days after i phoned on 27th August but still no resolution! No one has contacted me!
Where is the customer service? A ticket was raised but still nothing.
