Bolting on addons I didn't ask for!

So I had VM on the phone trying to upgrade my package again at first the deal sounded ok, £29/month for gigabit broadband only.

 

Asked for the details to be sent over email so I can see the small print, £29 for 3 months, then £90/month after 18 months.

 

But the cost is £29 or £90, its actually £39 and £100 because they slapped on a mobile phone sim card for an extra £10/month, something I absolutely don't need as I have a unlimited everything deal on my work phone.

I wish they wouldn't obfuscate the details it makes dealing with them a nightmare. Just give me a number and stick to it (lets not get started on the mandatory price jacking every April as well)
