O2 roaming bolt on…
I am abroad and bought an O2 Zone 2 bolt-on daily package for data for £7.00/a day with the clear advice that I could cancel at any time. I wanted to have the package for 2 days. I have just tried to log on to my O2 account on the app to cancel the daily bolt-on and cannot log on. So in theory, I am still being charged for a service I no longer want or need. I will refuse to pay the additional day(s), and consider switching to something other than O2 as this kind of glitch is just not acceptable for a service I rely on when abroad. Suggestions?
