O2 roaming bolt on…

I am abroad and bought an O2 Zone 2 bolt-on daily package for data for £7.00/a day with the clear advice that I could cancel at any time.  I wanted to have the package for 2 days.  I have just tried to log on to my O2 account on the app to cancel the daily bolt-on and cannot log on.  So in theory, I am still being charged for a service I no longer want or need. I will refuse to pay the additional day(s), and consider switching to something other than O2 as this kind of glitch is just not acceptable for a service I rely on when abroad.  Suggestions?

    Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your O2 account while you're out of the UK.

    We wouldn't be able to help from here on the Virgin Media forums. Please can you contact O2 using the methods shown here, and they'll be able to help further.
