Been charged again for netflix

Was charged £4.99 in may for Netflix . Cancelled on 14 June by Virgin . Charged again on 15 June . Cancelled again by Virgin on 14 July . Started again on 15 July . I have never asked for Netflix . I am not recognised by Netflix . No one else lives at my address . Made a complaint which Virgin agreed to keep open until I got my July bill . Then closed it a few days ago without talking to me .
