Activation for Netflix

Hi,

We have mega volt internet and tv package including netflix.

Joined on 11th can not see the banner on virgin media. nor had activation link email. Currently subscribe to Netflix anyway but would want to take advantage of it if included in my subscription.

  • I am waiting for a activation link .. say activate in two steps . Press the link and all i get is

    Just wondering what happens if my direct debit as technical issues paying virgin media 😀😀

        It seems many people are experiencing similar issues including myself. Complaints raised and finally received a call this pm advising all resolved - got home and tried again.... still no fixed and can't access netflix without paid subscription. Getting beyond a joke now!

  • Sorry been trying to navigate this whilst in work if someone would be able to help as looking at my package this should be included and tried to troubleshoot and doesnt work

      i have never had netflix, but I have had a m500 volt boost, do I get netflix now or not?

        Info below from /news.VMO2 offers more choice & flexibility

        New and re-contracting customers can choose from five core TV packages which have been refreshed and renamed with simple, more descriptive titles to better support households in choosing a package that is right for them.

        Netflix included standard: Applies to all Mega TV bundles (regardless of broadband speed) and broadband only packages that include M500 broadband or above as a primary offering. Customers who get a boosted broadband speed as a result of Volt e.g. M350 boosted to 500Mbps will not be eligible for Netflix Standard with Ads to be included within their bundle cost.
