Activation Fee Charged but not mentioned on 1GB Upgrade
Hi, I've just looked at my bill for next month after upgrading to an offer for 1GB speeds for £3 extra a month from 500MB. I wasn't aware that there would be a £35 activation fee, there was no mention of it in the offer, as I was already using a Hub 3 for the 500mb, and was just told that I would be sent a self install Hub 5, which was easy to setup. Can I ask for a refund for the £35? My Hub 3 was sent back via Yodel in the last 2 weeks.
