Activation charge
I have just been charged £35 for an upgrade activation fee which I was not expecting as I was not informed this would happen so why have I been charged for this?

Sorry to hear you've received an unexpected Activation charge. These charges occur when new equipment has been added as part of a package change or upgrade. You can usually see them listed on your pre-contract documents when sent over.
