Activating Netflix

I can see from other discussions on here others, have had the same issue with getting Netflix activated when included in a package.  I have tried for 3 weeks, and been promised phone calls that never happen. I have never received the activation email with a link, has anyone had the same issue and has been resolved.  They gave told me I have to wait another 10 days.

        Hi SUEH23,

        Sorry but the community forums aren't an instant messaging service.  Most queries are firstly answered by fellow VM users and VM Forum Staff geenrally pick up the threads within 2 or 3 days. Adding to this thread before it's picked up by staff will just push it towards the back of the queue as the oldest threads are answered first.

        The quickest responses are by either telephoning (150 from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone) or by using one of the following contact methods:

        WhatsApp: 0780 3089 684, or Social Media by either messaging

        Or Instagram DM (@virginmedia)

        With facebook activation problems the issue is usually passed to a specialist back office team.
