I know this has been posted many times before but I tried logging into virgin media o2 today and in the process it asked me to link my virgin media account. My virgin media account is linked to a previous email address that I no longer have access to however so I cannot get the verification email it is sending me. Is there a work around at all for this that anyone found?
I have the issue is it’s asking me to link theVMO2 one with the virgin media one and it’s the virgin media one which is linked to the old email so doesn’t allow me to verify and link it

When creating your My VMO2 ID, it should ask you to input an email address. Please use an address that you have access too. If you're still having issues, please contact the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can amend the address you've used from their end.
