503 error on linked virginO2 account

Hi there, like many others I linked my virgin media and O2 accounts, and can now access neither. 
the login from the virgin media side stalled completely, and from the O2 side, it has my email, but I got this error 

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is Odbc1197-29d4-44f6-9b03-eae00ee3314

Error 503 - Service Unavailable

F5 site: tn2-lon

I can’t see any information now from either service, so this needs fixing. What’s the problem?

Last night we had an issue related to a TV outage and made our systems in high demand by our customers and made it harder for some to log in, since we have fixed this issue our online services have now settled. can you please try now to access or register your online account and please let us know how you get on.

  • I'm having exactly the same issue. Plus can't use the service status checker as apparently my account can't be found. 

  • Same - that’s how I found out. Our cable signal is borked and I couldn’t get into the checker for the same reason
