When updating from V6 platform (same box) to 360 following the email that a free upgrade is required to access Sky Sports+ has anybody received a £35 activation and £5 delivery fee for the new update and remote?

Sorry to see that there's been a charge for this upgrade. We usually do charge for a normal upgrade and new remote. However if the email stated that this should be free then I'll be happy to take a look at this for you.
