2nd TV box - activation fee

Hi,

I decided to order a second TV box last week on my Virgin TV package.

When talking to the member of Virgin staff when placing the order, they said they would waive the equipment fee and I would only need to pay £10 p/m extra on my package. All corresponding order information did not mention an activation fee. 

I have just checked my future bill for September and it is showing a £35 equipment fee - stream box.

I am not particularly happy this is on the bill and wouldn't have ordered it if I knew Virgin would go through and charge me.

Can anyone look into this for me please!?
