Cant login to Virgin Tv Go app on any device
Im in an endless loop of trying to log into Virgin TV Go on the iphone app or within a web browser. Yesterday i was asked to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID and now i cant access anything. Here are the steps of what is currently happening. Enter email address Enter password Verification email is sent to my email adress Clicked on the 'verify its me' link Get a confimration page saying = 'Your email address has been verified' Go back to Virgin TV Go and Im still logged out Ive tried this numerous times on my PC, Macbook and iPhone and cant login from enay device or any browser. I have two Pads which until the final day of the 4th Test against India were able to log into Sky Sports via their app clicking onto the VM icon, I have logged out of all devices, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, sorted out VM02 password, but the Pads are simply not able to move from the Sky login page to the VM02 page as the link seems to be broken? As if you click on the VM icon it tries to load but does not move, any ideas, is it an Android OS issue or something glitching between the VM and Sky systems? Tv go app on pc keeps asking to register device even though already have. please advise setup as I don’t want to use up all my goes. I only use 1 device anyway. its just started doing this. Trying to reregister the same device. do I want to keep cookies or not? Should I add any exceptions? surely if you remove them it’s going to keep asking each time and use up goes. Hello, I have received a message today stating that I have reached the maximum number of devices that can be registered on my account and unable to replace any until 01/06/24. I have 2 PCs, phone and tablet. I have tried all browers, cleared the cache and tried the app. Everyday one PC states it needs registered. Hopefully the community can help. Today my hub 3 decided to drop all connections, both wired and WiFi so no devices can connect to it. I have worked through the help guide on the support page and let the system do the scans, however at the end the "chat" option wouldn't work on my phone (Pixel 7a), and the phone system directed me to the app and the support page (the app also doesn't work as the phone won't connect to the WiFi.) Wired connections are also not working, I have tried to wire two laptops directly to the ethernet ports and both failed to connect and reach 192.168.0.1. So I tried the router reset option to clear any rubbish in the system and start again, and no luck. Reading another post or two I tried a complete power shutdown, checked all wired connections and started up again, with no luck. The fibre box has a green light, router has a white light. So I'm out of ideas, to me it's developed a fault and needs replacing, but I cannot get hold of anyone as the systems all say "Use the app" So before my teenage daughter goes on a tiktok withdrawl rampage, does anyone else have any ideas?631Views0likes4Comments
