Connect App Can’t Find Hub 5
I recently switched over from Sky; I self-installed my Hub 5 about three weeks ago. The broadband works fine. However, whenever Iog onto the VM Connect App, it is unable to find my hub. I have been through the loop of installing the Hub over and over again. I’ve deleted the app and re-installed it, turned the Hub off and on again, checked that no VPN is running, turned off the Private Relay on my iPhone, turned off WiFi assist, updated my phone’s software, but still get the same results. I wanted to run the Home Scan function, as my signal is weak in parts of the house. Also wanted to see what the app actually does, as it’s currently just using up storage space for no reason. Anyone know how to get rid of things off the connect app? I'm confused as it's saying I have my main TV box connected by Ethernet and a 2nd box with a fair WiFi connection, both would be ok except I haven't used the 2nd box since October last year as I left it disconnected when I moved house and I have not had either box since march this year when renewed on BB only43Views0likes1CommentCannot set up hub
Hi, i’m a new customer to VM and received my wifi hub today. I’m renting and it seems previous tenant had a huewei wifi modem. I was trying to connect but cannot find my outlet to connect the cable to? Is this something I have to get installed or what do i have to do? Hub 4 - Connect app
I note from a message on the connect app there are current issues with the HUB5 and Connect app, but my Connect app will not connect to my Hub 4 even when sitting at the side of it. Responds with 'Hub not found'. or ‘we can’t find your hub. Also ‘somethings gone wrong our side’ I accept that as it was ok. So what’s gone wrong? Could it be the WiFi is still unstable as previously reported? The hub and pods are connecting with devices but not the connect app.741Views0likes9Comments
