Replacement TV Box
Hi there, Bit of an unusual one, I signed up around two years ago purely for the 1GB internet package. At the time, I was advised that taking it with TV worked out cheaper, so I agreed. However, I never received a TV box when my router arrived. I didn’t chase it up at the time as I mainly use my smart TV, but now that my renewal has come around, I’d like to finally get what I’ve been paying for. I’ve been getting a lot of calls about renewing, but whenever I mention that I’d like my TV box sent out before renewing, the calls seem to end abruptly. I’ve since renewed online, and I’d just like to know how I can have my TV box delivered. Any help would be appreciated, the phone support hasn’t been very helpful so far. Over last 3/5 months having more and more issues with my box freezing, not reacting to the remote, not changing channels, not coming out of standby mode now I’m 17 hours where my box just doesn’t come out of standby mode and just have the start-up words on the screen.76Views0likes6Comments360 box power off
Ever since signing up to the 360 service the set top box keeps powering off when not in use. It has to be switched off at the back and switched on again. It’s so frustrating, the 360 update has made my box almost unusable (especially coupled with the fact it wiped all my recordings which I don’t understand why?) The power supply seems fine and nothing else has changed prior to the update, all cables checked and the hub seems fine. Help please?910Views0likes2Comments
