Ongoing box issue

Over last 3/5 months having more and more issues with my box freezing, not reacting to the remote, not changing channels, not coming out of standby mode 

now I’m 17 hours where my box just doesn’t come out of standby mode and just have the start-up words on the screen.

    Which "box" are you referring to?  Is it the old Tivo, V6 or a 360 Box?  If we know, we can move this thread to the correct board section.

      Says 1008R which from looking online is a 360 box I think 

      I’ve had it since 2022

        It could be either a 360 or V6 box.   

        If it has a peanut shaped remote then it's a V6 box. 

        If the remote is rectangular in shape and has a voice button then it's a 360 box.
