Old equipment
Hi can anyone tell me how do I send the old virgin media equipment back what's their forwarding address do I need to send it back to please Can I use any big box to return it all because the tiny paper bags are not going be big enough or strong enough for all the equipment that I have lol. So really need some advice on what do next Thankyou
Different invoice/billing address to delivery
I have spent hours over the past few days trying to change my billing address for Virgin Media as it differs from the delivery address. I represent a youth homelessness charity who support a young person with their bills and accommodation, including broadband via Virgin. The charity pay for the virgin connection and require invoices addressed to them instead of the delivery address. I wonder if anyone can assist in making this change please - I have tried web chat and phone call but have had no help with this so far. When I managed to speak to someone on the phone they eventually put themselves on mute for close to 30 minutes before I had no other choice but to hang up. Been trying to set up VM for a new place being moved into, New place has had VM in the past so no installation required, just plugging in, No-one is currently at the address to be installed, Asked VM sales to send to current address instead, which was confirmed, Tracking Order shows the installation address instead, Phoned up multiple times and each time the agent confirms to send the package to the current address, Inevitably, they keep trying to deliver to the installation address where no-one currently resides Is this an automated process that the agents cannot control?Need to print a bill showing my home address
Hi, I need to print off my latest bill or statement to prove my postal address. Of course, this means the document I print must include my postal address, however, I cannot find anyway to print my TV or Internet bill that also shows my address. I have tried for some time, but none of the views that I can actually access on my account display my address. Could someone please advise how I can do what I need to do, i.e. print my bill alongside my address? Many thanks, Jeff
