Billing and Address issues
Been a customer for a brave while now Been having issues with billing since I moved house Direct Debit fails and bills pile up and can't figure out why as my account says DB is set up I did notice today that despite doing everything correctly at time of move - my package is still listing my old address and there's no way to change that It SEEMS my new package is not connected to my current address and as such is not taking payments I need help fixing this issue once and for all as the app is unusable - possibly due to this errorSolved23Views0likes2CommentsInstallation vs Delivery
Been trying to set up VM for a new place being moved into, New place has had VM in the past so no installation required, just plugging in, No-one is currently at the address to be installed, Asked VM sales to send to current address instead, which was confirmed, Tracking Order shows the installation address instead, Phoned up multiple times and each time the agent confirms to send the package to the current address, Inevitably, they keep trying to deliver to the installation address where no-one currently resides Is this an automated process that the agents cannot control?17Views0likes1CommentNeed to print a bill showing my home address
Hi, I need to print off my latest bill or statement to prove my postal address. Of course, this means the document I print must include my postal address, however, I cannot find anyway to print my TV or Internet bill that also shows my address. I have tried for some time, but none of the views that I can actually access on my account display my address.
