no welcome email, but need account number
Hi, I can't set up an account for the app without an area reference and my account number, but I didn't get a welcome email. I have just signed up as a new customer for a broadband and to package that is arriving on Tuesday 17th December. I thought I'd best check up on the order status by making an account but seem to be having a couple of issues. I have received contract confirmation email (with two attachments). I am now trying to sign up for an online My Virgin Media account but cannot do so as I do not have an Account Number or Customer Area Reference as I never received any welcome email or information. I have received my order documents and customer order receipt on the 18th September but haven’t received my welcome email with my account number on so i can sign up to my virgin media. I also haven’t received any email or contact since receiving my documents about when our WiFi will be accessible to us. Please can i have some advice on what to do going forward. Hi I have a problem which I cannot resolve with other methods of communication. It's been Monday, 22nd of July, 2024 when I received a call from Virgin Media Sales Department with suggestion to make contract for internet. It's all had been done in that phone call. I received router couple days later but never seen welcome email with account number, area reference as well. Honestly, I am not happy to wait until my first bill arrives. I already tried to contact Virgin Media Support Team through the WhatsApp(absolutely unsatisfied) then made a phone call. I was being bounced from one person to the next one in that 30-minutes call. In the final they asked me to wait for a while but this awaiting took seriously a lot, so I finished it without solution. I consider this whole situation has happened because of misspelling of my email address. Could you please help me to manage?
