no welcome email, but need account number

Hi, I can't set up an account for the app without an area reference and my account number, but I didn't get a welcome email. My kit arrived today, it's all set up, my Wi-Fi is working, but I wanted to set up an account to keep tabs on my direct debit etc. Can someone help?

      Hi,

      I have exactly the same issue . I keep getting SMS texts asking me to set up My Virgin Media but haven't received a welcome email or contract number ,just a text with  pre contract docs. I would like to set things up so I can check date and time of installation.
