Account showing as service not installed yet despite WiFi working and successfully installed yesterday.
Hi, I had virgin broadband installed yesterday by engineers and it all works fine but when I log into my account it shows only a green tick against the phone line and if I go to check service status, it shows "your service hasn't been installed yet". Clearly this is incorrect and this issue does prevent me from being able to check the service status on my account. Any ideas as to why it is showing this? Thank youBroadband down in NG3
This happens regularly now - 2 weekends ago it was the same thing. White flashing arrow on router, virgin website claims there are no problems in the area, but there clearly are. It was on a Sunday last time as well, as I was unable to watch the football! Very annoying. Any reliable way of finding out if the service is actually down?
