Hi Mum (87) and dad (89) can't get on at all with virgin stream box after moving from sky q They thought they would get a virgin TV 360 box like I had installed earlier in the year at my house in the same village. After nearly 2 hours on chat I asked if it was possible to have my virgin TV 360 box moved to their house as they would be able to record. Then move their Virgin stream box to my house as I am used to using streaming and watchlists. I was informed it is possible and I have been booked an engineer visit for Tuesday 14 October. After looking through many articles on the internet, I think this may be wrong. Can anyone confirm it is ok as I pay extra to be able to record and my parents do not. We are really confused. My parents could use sky q but just can't get used to virgin stream box. Thanks for any update Re: Virgin 360 Thanks for the reply. I have installed everything now as I had already networked my house with cat 6 cable. The coaxial cable was my conundrum. I used a coaxial long cable from router and all is well. Mrs Badger likes the 360 box. Thanks again Re: Virgin 360 Thanks for the update. The coaxial cable is the cable I am enquiring about. Can I just put the extension on to the 360 box from the hub 5 Re: Virgin 360 Can I connect the coaxial to my TV Ariel socket Re: Virgin 360 Thanks for the reply. I am concerned about the coaxial cable and how long it can be. I have ethernet in every room of the house. Can I just add the coaxial cable extender that VM are sending to.e. Virgin 360 My 360 box is more than 3 metres from hub 5. Is it better to move hub 5 into the room the 360 box is in
