Not possible to do this online or via the app. Tried the contact centre and so far 1 hour on call to them and 4 different departments all not able to remove tnt sports. It's a very simple request how can I remove an add-on I no longer want? Re: remote replacement Thank you I think one might have been ordered for me and on the way. If it isn't I would like to try my luck to see if I can get one that doesn't light up and only uses 2aa batteries l. Re: remote replacement Yes it was a mistype. The one I've caught uses four batteries. Ordering a replacement doesn't answer the question. Can I get a replacement remote that doesn't use four batteries and only uses two AA batteries? remote replacement Currently have a 360 box and remote, that lights up uses 3 aaa batteries which need replacing every 4 months. Is it possible to swap for a remote that doesn't light up and only uses 2 aa batteries. Seems I'm using a lot of batteries to have a feature of the remote lighting up which I don't need. I know some customers do have the remote I'd like which would save me a lot in batteries. SolvedRe: renewal deals I've had a private message from someone who refuses to confirm any security details that they are actually from Virgin Media. And wants me to confirm a load of personal details that will give them access to my account. Really sounds like a scam. Who any company who refuses to verify that they are who they say they are really sound like scams. If you truly are from virgin media, you won't have in any issue proving it. Having a fancy forum signature and a profile picture does not prove you or who you say you are. Re: renewal deals FTTC? The channels I watch I can get with nowtv for £12 per month. As a bonus there would be 0 adverts. I can't get through to virgin to chat about deals. renewal deals Looking to see what deals are available for me to change my package. Tried online but can't make any changes other than adding items to my package. Tried online chat but need to chat to advisor and they try whatsapp to let me know when they are free but never send whatsapp message so I'm not in the queue to chat to someone. Tried calling and was offered reduced services or increased services all at higher price than what I'm currently paying. Even a broadband only package for me is significantly more expensive then a new customer. I'm aware that new customers tend to get the best offers but is there anything for existing customers? All I can see is as an existing customer I'm paying for broadband 4 times the speed then what I need. A landline which I don't have/need or want. A tv package where I only watch 6 channels. I want to chat to Virgin to see how to save money so who can help me save money? Re: 360 volt tv recordings unavailable Virgin media are currently having issues. These have been fixed and the box should start working normally soon. Mine was having the issue but now working Virgin media did call me back and confirmed area fault Re: 360 volt tv recordings unavailable Had the exact same problem except I get cs5500. I got through to Virgin media they sent some signals suggested switching to Wi-Fi but no change I've got an engineer booked for Monday. Re: 360 Update - What Has Changed Really need a way to reorder this as it's just adding more spam to your home screen that a lot of people don't want. Some may find it useful but we really need a way to reorder it so we can put the stuff we want where we want it.
