When I'm using the control within the Netflix app to navigate sections or left and right the the app jumps 2 selections all the time (and can be sluggish). Anybody else seeing this remote not responding/working properly?
no it's always been like this since we moved over to you late last year when I renewed my TV/Broadband bundle and got Volt in the bundle (and we both left Three Mobile). Most of the time there's wifi available and we make do but lately it just doing...
Also I'd like to add, I'm virgin mobile but my wife is o2 (her sim came part of the volt package) and she has a different make of mobile phone - same speed problems though (so just to clarify it's not my handset)
No, some parts of Warrington have 5G and it's rapid, some have 4G and it's passable (e.g. 20-40mb download) but my home area and some areas in the town center are this bad/slow/unusable.
