When I upgraded to the one gig? My internet intermittently cuts out every 5 minutes. My ping can be as high as 7 hundred, so the latency is horrendous. You have a full connection but no pages on the internet load up. You need to superhub 4 but they won't let you have it., I've had a baked 20 engineers. None of them can sort it so to get it sorted may have to go to ofcom Superhub 5 not fit for purpose Would virgin let customers go back to hub 4 Re: High Ping and latency issues Hub5 If you like me brought cat 7 or 8 ethernet cables try using cat5e or 6 Ps5 gaming lag Iv had gaming lag and delay on call of duty ,using ethernet cable cat7 and 8 and found that to be the problem ,gone back to cat5e with a ethernet switch one in medium one in high and 99% of lag delay gone ,maybe be worth a try if you have same problem
