Superhub 5 not fit for the job

Ever since I've had the super hub 5. When I upgraded to the one gig? My internet intermittently cuts out every 5 minutes. My ping can be as high as 7 hundred, so the latency is horrendous. You have a full connection but no pages on the internet load up.

You need to superhub 4 but they won't let you have it., I've had a baked 20 engineers. None of them can sort it so to get it sorted may have to go to ofcom

Maybe you have a bad connection or high upstream demand in your area?

Part of the issue I found was the powerline adapter causing drop outs , and to speed up online gaming and reduce lag I put console cctv and virgin tv box in dhcp fixing ip address ,so far there's a massive improvement so I thing the dhcp auto setup isn't working properly on hub 5 for everyone
