Superhub 5 not fit for purpose

What is wrong with your Hub 5 because on current form I'd not let a Hub 4 darken my door step !

hub 4 isn't any better 

i have it, 2.4 ghz wifi keeps crashing

1 of my phones is moto e6 plus, because that phone can't connect to 5ghz wifi, i have to use the 2.4 ghz wifi, sometimes it can't find the 2.4 ghz because it has crashed 

Maybe the Wifi 6 element of the Hub 5 is not working with any older IoT the OP may have?  But there are other solutions rather than get a Hub 4.
