In the past someone at Virgin would read them and private message you! We seem to be paying more but getting less!!! Re: Email from Virgin saying I need to make a payment I had an email today asking me to make a payment for overdue payment. I pay by DD and the payment is not due to be taken from my account for at least tomorrow or the day after Email from Virgin saying I need to make a payment I've been with Virgin for years and have paid with direct debit which usually goes out every month on the 5th or 6th of the month I received a email this morning saying I have an outstanding balance and I should pay it now ,giving me various ways to pay it. The payment does not go out of my bank for a couple of days so how can it be outstanding!!!! They seem to have my details correct I'm not happy about making an online payment!! Using web mail to access my Virgin Emails I have a android mobile phone and have been accessing my Virgin emails using Chrome browser for ages. using a gmail email address and password. Now it's asking me to setup a passkey. I've done this on my laptop and it works. but when trying to do this on my Samsugn mobile I can't get it to work. ? scam ! text from virgin the technician is coming tomorrow! I've had two text supposedly coming from virgin saying that a technician is coming tomorrow. there is nothing wrong with my Broadband and I;ve not reported a fault. They say they will charge my £25 for the visit. I had similar thing happen 9 months ago when I kept getting similar texts informing my that my new kit was going to be delivered!! I keep getting text saying that My new kit will arrive and link to a new contract I have received two texts giving me a link to a new contract and telling my kit will come tomorrow. I already have a contract with you and have not asked to upgrade my service or anything . I thought the text was phishing one. I'm happy with the service I've got . I'm not very happy with what's happened I'm a pensioner and don't need this stress!!! Moving my Superhub I mentioned a while ago that I wanted my super hub moved from it current location, which is located in the loft room and I wanted it moved to the Front room which is nearer to the point where the VM box on the outside wall. Someone said that VM charge £25 to do that, is that correct? If so who do I have to contact? Re: moving superhub Thank you everyone for replying I think I will go ahead. Who should it contact? Re: moving superhub I've decided to leave it till I re negotiate my contract later in the year and if I get a good deal and perhaps the move of the superhub at a reasonable price. I will go ahead with it. moving superhub I have a superub which was installed by Virgin a long time ago, it's located in a loft room with a coax cable running from the virgin box up a drain pipe and into a loft room . I now wish to move it from the loft room into the Front room. I was wondering if I could cut the Coax cable so it would be just me long enough to go through the wall into the hub? Would virgin have to do it, or would it be allowed to do it?
