Moving my Superhub

I mentioned a while ago that I wanted my super hub moved from it current location, which is located in the loft room and I wanted it moved to the Front room which is nearer to the point where the VM box on the outside wall.

Someone said that VM charge £25 to do that, is that correct? If so who do I have to contact?
