Just not the persistent shows from stream showing up in my recordings Re: Flex/Stream to 360 Fault Yeah - but the watchlists I set in stream are showing in “recordings” and nothing works, I’ve also tried deleting them on the Virgin TV Go app and it brings up an error. I’ve been in the phone with technical support and 2nd line support and all they want to do is send engineers to my property which I don’t want to :( Flex/Stream to 360 Fault Hi there. I’ve switched from Stream/Flex and wanted to have recording facilities back so I could keep track of what I’ve watched etc. I returned the Stream last week and took delivery of the 360, but there is an issue, all the shows added to my watchlist that was on Virgins On Demand servers are showing up on the 360 in the recordings, these shows won’t delete, can’t cancel series link, and are persistent even after a factory reset. Anyone else have this issue? All they want to do is send engineers and this seems more like a backoffice issue? Thanks Moving house question Hi there. I’m moving house across town and I’ve noticed when I’ve looked around the property that the TV and Internet points are in the lounge (like a normal person). Anyone else getting absolutely infuriated with the new automated line where you have to speak? It can’t understand me, after several “sorry we can’t understand you” it’ll give me the numbers and the next page ask me to speak again, and the same with saying my password, took almost 10 minutes just to get to someone in a different department? Should be a lot more accessible for people who need it to be accessible! Heck even Sky do this, you ring up and it asks if you’re needing accessible (if you’re registered) and there’s no options, puts you straight in the queue and they’re trained with most issues. Stream would be great if there was decent watched/unwatched tags! I’ve tried content from different sources, tried watching till the end, stopping it in credits, tried in a profile etc Re: Flex Watched/Unwatched I usually watch the entire credits and then back out the app until I’m back in the show, and it still says the next episode is the earliest one available, haven’t tried exiting during the credits yet. I only got the stream to organise what I watch and where I’m at to in a show , if streaming is going to become the normal box you issue, these need to be sorted.. even if it’s a manual “Mark as watched” button Re: Flex Watched/Unwatched Doesn’t seem to work on any of my content, including stuff not on BBC, keeps taking me back to the really old episodes and I’ve got to try and remember which I’ve watched by a very vague description :(
