Flex/Stream to 360 Fault

Hi there.

I’ve switched from Stream/Flex and wanted to have recording facilities back so I could keep track of what I’ve watched etc.

I returned the Stream last week and took delivery of the 360, but there is an issue, all the shows added to my watchlist that was on Virgins On Demand servers are showing up on the 360 in the recordings, these shows won’t delete, can’t cancel series link, and are persistent even after a factory reset.

Anyone else have this issue?  All they want to do is send engineers and this seems more like a backoffice issue?

    Watchlist isn’t stored locally on the box but server-side, so when you switch devices the new box syncs with your account and pulls in that server-side list. You might be able to clear the watchlist via the Virgin TV Go app or the 360 (when disconnected from the network and hoping for a sync to server when reconnected), but these aren't reliable and it might take a VM staff member to do this.

      Yeah - but the watchlists I set in stream are showing in “recordings” and nothing works, I’ve also tried deleting them on the Virgin TV Go app and it brings up an error. 

      I’ve been in the phone with technical support and 2nd line support and all they want to do is send engineers to my property which I don’t want to :(

        It's probably going to need another box swap and the account correctly setup to the box serial number and hard drive.
