Stream vs Flex

Joined VM again on the TV front after a long stint on Sky. Are Flex and Stream two different products or two packages which share the same box?

I have add-ons to watch sports with broadband (previously only broadband) in a new contract and it shows as stream.

Stream is now the default box for all new TV bundles and the same set top is used for Flex customers,  although Stream and Flex are totally different products.

Flex is the 'flexible' basic TV add on, ideal for broadband only customers, but it doesn't have multiroom support. As it's on a 30 day rolling contract it can be cancelled at any time by giving 30 days notice.

A Stream TV subscription/package (normally 24 months) allows up to 5 additional boxes. The first additional box is an extra £10 per month, and any further additional boxes would be an extra £5 per month each.

Thanks. Mine shows as a 30 day rolling contract but the offer states the price is fixed for 24m. I hope I can still get an extra box as the advisor on the phone indicated it can be requested.

Hey NewVision, thank you for reaching out and for your question.

We are glad the advice has helped if you are looking for an extra box you can look at here at getting one.

Also despite how you might have been sold only those with flex sub can get 10% flex credits - who knew.  Also most VM staff dont know what channels is or isnt possible to receive on these devices - good luck
