Re: Hub 3 constant red light I have the same issue as Joeycag. The indicator light changed to orange then red. It has gone back to orange again. I am alsso getting intermittent weak signal problems. This has been going on for some weeks now. I reported this in another thread but no one seems to have picked it up. Can someone please let me know if action is required, as in Joeycag's issue? Re: Upgrade to 360 not happening New V6 box fixed mine too. Re: Moving Router Downstairs. Thank you jbrennand. I will leave it where it is for the moment as the signal appears to have improved to a level where it is functioning well enough. The light on my hub has turnd back to yellow again. I think it's on the way out. I was hoping someone from Virgin Media would see this and advise me. Re: Moving Router Downstairs. I just noticed that the light has now turned to solid red. I had a look in the community and saw the instruction to reset the hub with a pin. I tried this and it is still red. Looks like I have a problem with my Hub 3 that needs to be addressed. Re: Moving Router Downstairs. I just noticed that my Hub 3 box has an orange light on it. Could this indicate a problem? Re: Moving Router Downstairs. Thank you Kath. I'll try a few things myself first and come back here if I need further assistance. Moving Router Downstairs. I signed up with VM bacl in 2001 when I was self employed. I used a bedroom office upstairs so I got the router installed in there. I have now been retired for a few years and I'm finding that the signal I'm getting downstairs in my living room is very weak. I understand that I can get my router moved, Can anyone tell me how much it currently costs to do this and if there is any mess? SolvedRe: Picture Terrible after 360 Installation All channels.
