Checking Cables. Turning off and on - all with no change Tried contacting via chat and was told there was nothing to worry about and probably just doing a firmware update (!?). Next time was told its just the LED's age ?? Internet does drop on occasion. More so between Wi-fi and my TV box. Happens constantly meaning catch up or streaming is unavailable.
